As our SVP, Solutions Consultant, Consumer, you will...
Sit at the intersection of marketing, experience design, and technology for the Consumer practice area. Your role will be to understand your client's business objectives and to formulate strategies and tactics to bring those goals to life. Your role will also include identifying, leading, and inspiring the right talent in order to produce the desired outcomes. Consumer strategy and/or digital account management experience and insights will be critical in formulating digital solutions. You will also own creating client roadmaps for long-term growth and relationship continuity.
Be Accountable and Responsible
  • Grow Engineering, Experience, and Platform revenue on key consumer accounts
    • Establish direct and influential relationships with senior digital clients responsible for digital transformation, specifically the CTO, CMO, and CIO, in order to be their go-to partner for insights and solutions
    • Partner with account management and EEP leaders to develop digital transformation strategies that solve client business objectives
  • Spearhead digital ideas and proactively created digital solutions for clients
    • Formulate omni channel strategies based on client goals, across strategy, digital transformation, experience, creative, and platform development
    • Understand how technical platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore) enable client business goals; Support due diligence on third-party technologies
    • Understand investment modeling and maturity curves in order to sell through work by demonstrating return on investment
  • Be accountable for delivery by pulling together and overseeing the cross-functional teams
    • Incorporate senior staff from other departments appropriately, setting them up to capitalize on opportunities for business growth
    • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure digital experience, creative and front-end/back-end projects are delivered to spec, on time, and on budget

These are the qualifications we're looking for
  • 20+ years of expertise in fostering business growth within Consumer verticals, combined with a decade-long track record in advertising agencies or consulting firms, showcasing adeptness in business development and executing large-scale multi-channel initiatives for accounts exceeding 5+ MM
  • Bachelor's Degree with a major focused on marketing, technology, and/or innovation
  • Experience with CMS/commerce platform technology, including Adobe, Salesforce, and Sitecore
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships, both internally across agency departments (ie marketing, technology, product, and sales) and externally within complex client organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of contemporary marketing and customer experience initiatives within digital technology strategy

Compensation: $190,000 - $225,000/yearly
Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training, and experience. MERGE's career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role and are promoted to the next level, generally during salary review cycles which are posted in the employee handbook.
