Position Overview: As a Sustainability Graphics Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sustainability efforts by creating visually engaging graphics related to our environmental performance. You will work closely with our sustainability team to communicate information effectively and help drive awareness and understanding of our sustainability initiatives both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design: Design visually appealing and informative graphics, including infographics, charts, diagrams, and other visual assets to communicate key sustainability metrics, goals, and initiatives.
2. Data Graphics: Organize and present data related to our sustainability performance in easy-to-understand graphics.
3. Presentation: Assist in the preparation of sustainability presentations for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key findings and highlighting progress towards sustainability goals.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sustainability, architecture and marketing to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding related to sustainability efforts.
5. Project Support: Provide support for various sustainability projects and initiatives as needed, contributing creative ideas and solutions to help advance our sustainability goals.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to graphic design, sustainability, environmental science, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Able to use InDesign for desktop publishing and high-volume documents.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for sustainability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
