```Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for sushi and a strong culinary background, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and present sushi dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards - Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation - Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes - Provide guidance and training to junior Sushi Chefs and kitchen staff Experience: - Proven experience working as a Sushi Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or sushi bar setting - Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills - Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with catering or large-scale food preparation is a plus If you are a talented Sushi Chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, we invite you to apply. Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
