Sushi Chef Requirements and Qualifications:

• A clear understanding of sushi and hotline cooking.
• Knowledge of P&L statements and ability to control.
• A minimum of three years of Japanese/Sushi scratch kitchen preparation.
• Ensure guest and staff satisfaction and retention.
• Communication skills-Ability to learn the owner's expectations and execute them.
• Hands-on culinary leader.
