Looking for experienced Sushi Chefs to be responsible for fish breakdown, prep fish and other sushi ingredients as needed, roll sushi and learn how to make our signature items such as sushi burgers, sushi pizza, sushi hotdogs, etc. Part time or Full time positions available. Must be able to work Sunday. We are closed every Monday. Hourly Pay + Tips. This is a high-paced work environment where you can make great tips with the opportunity for advancement. Restaurant closes at 8pm-9pm throughout the week. We take pride in our unique signature items & clean, friendly environment. Must have at least one year of sushi rolling experience.
