Job Description

AECOM is seeking Cost Management Surveyor to be based in Boston, MA

• Be point of contact for clients and manage the client’s relationship with general direction / instructions .
• Work and collaborate with Team Members throughout the country for specific project sector needs.
• Be involved in process of determine the client's requirements and scope of works / service.
• Assists in procedure development and implementation.
• Assist in PMIS implementation.
• Participates in and at times leads project meetings.
• Supports various levels of project reporting.
• Needs to be able to benchmark requirements against similar projects.
• Assessing and comparing options.
• Helping define the project budget and help the designers to develop designs to budget.
• Be involved in value engineering process and help drive value for money.
• Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.
• Supports the development of plans and schedules for proposals.
• May assist in leading junior staff through assignment tasks.
• Assists in tracking corrective actions.
• Assists in coordination of schedule input from all parts of the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS plus two years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
