Surgical Scheduler

Essential Functions:

-Scheduling surgeries and procedures for all specialties
-Coordinate all required testing and procedures
-Ensure all pre-testing, patient information and consents have been obtained and are on-site prior to patient's admission to hospital or surgical center.
-Demonstrate good judgment in scheduling procedures to meet both patient needs and increasing physician productivity.
-Acting as a liaison with patients, referrals, general practitioners, healthcare professionals, and patient's family members in a compassionate and kind manner.
-Relaying and confidentially communicating both orally and written form any notes or questions patients may have.
-Other office responsibilities, assigned by supervisor or Physician, as deemed necessary.
