Position Details:
- Overview: Are you a medical assistant who enjoys caring for patients over the phone and coordinating various aspects of scheduling a surgery appointment? Join our surgery scheduling team as a Mohs Scheduler!
- Job Title: Mohs Scheduler
- Location: Remot.e opportunities in Oregon and Washington
- Typical Schedule: Tuesdays – Fridays, 10 hour days

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED; or be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
- Must either be a Certified or Registered MA, CDT, or a graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
- Our Surgery Schedulers must be comfortable in a fast paced environment; some duties include informing patients of biopsy results, preop instructions, scheduling surgery, and various administrative coordination of outside referrals, insurance verifications, questions, tasks, etc to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Our surgical scheduling team must have exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, motivated, and very detail oriented. See our mission below!
