Essential Functions:
- Supervise Digital Workspace Engineers and assist defining and establishing priorities, providing support/direction and performing administrative tasks as needed .
- Oversees installs, tests, and maintains End User Engineering/Architecture environment and supported software systems .
- Collects and assesses information from the user community in software and hardware problem resolution .
- Define, track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to raise the bar in team performance and customer service .
- Reduce errors working with the VMWare/ Storage administrators through process improvement and root cause analysis .
- Produces support documentation on demand and periodically with the Manager Citrix Digital Workspace and others .
- Help tune performance and ensure high availability of End User Architecture .
- Develop test automation frameworks in collaboration with rest of the team .
- Drive to meet organizational goals for quality, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution and service availability .
- Participate in engagements that have a strong business & technology focus .
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to provide onsite technical support focusing on strong listening skills to gain an accurate understanding of the situation, displaying a sense of urgency to resolve customer issues .
- Ensure root cause analysis is performed in accordance with Gulfstream policies and standards .

Other Requirements:
- Experience with EUC Hardware, Windows O/S, Office Suites in virtualized environments and Physical Environments.
- Hands on experience with Intune, 3rd Party Patching, End User Architecture, Hardware Analysis, Monitoring, Thin Client Management.
- Strong knowledge of Active directory/GPO, End User Architecture, Performance Analysis.
- Experience with monitoring operations and maintenance.
- Experience with AD, DNS, Imaging, SCCM and networking knowledge.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Intune, GPO, Thin Client Management, virtualization setups, etc.
