Hourly Rate: $15.68
Job Description: Will provide community leadership toward the recruitment, education and employment opportunities for clients. Identifies barriers to employment, refers clients to other support agencies, and assist clients/consumers with job readiness skills, job search strategies and interview preparation.
Job Responsibilities: 40 hours. Home office will be Ware County.
Competencies: Ability to observe and monitor consumers’ behavior. Ability to participate in supportive guidance. Ability to provide documentation of activities. Ability to work flexible hours. Proficient in the use of computers.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and one year experience providing educational, social, or direct care services to persons with diagnosed special needs or other populations; or associate degree in business management or behavioral sciences.
