SalaryWell established growing financial advisory firm in need of additional Support Staff. You will be joining a team of 5 experienced professional problem solvers dedicated to helping our clients and the public. Any of the following licenses or educational background will be helpful. Compensation is flexible depending on background and experience with a range of $52,00 - $78,000.
Requirements/Skills
- Answer incoming calls and provide initial assistance.
- Process and track paperwork relating to account services, and asset transfers.
- Process account updates and distributions.
- Maintain office calendar and schedule appointments.
- Maintain databases (Outlook, Redtail) and be comfortable on a computer.
- Be client friendly and supportive.
- Be willing to learn new skills and attain greater knowledge of the financial services profession.
- 2 - 5 years experience required.
- Some college level coursework helpful.
- Series 7, Life and Health Insurance licenses helpful.
- Candidates should have current work history and references.
