Delta Support Specialist
Part-time - 20hrs/week

This position serves as support to our Delta office and clinical staff and is the face and voice of HopeWest for all visitor and calls in this reception centered role.
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure communication with, and among, team members related to all patient care information and processes.
- Responsible for front desk “reception” duties
- Responsible for clerical tasks related to patient care processes with an awareness of regulations and policies.
- Responsible for coordinating the general needs of the office, ordering of supplies, maintaining office equipment, preparing for meetings including audio/visual equipment.
- Participates/develops appreciation activities for assigned volunteers.
- Provides input for semi-annual review of the Delta Processes Handbook as related to position responsibilities.
- Will provide support to the Delta Development Program. This unique position is a critical part of the communication continuum from the Development Officer, Delta to both the local office and main office.
- Attends meetings of the Community Board Development Committee and Gala Committee, providing clerical and organizational support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in general computer usage, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of medical records system
- Good clerical and organizational skills
- Good relational skills on a personal level and on the telephone
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and unlimited access to reliable transportation
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed in an office and includes computer and telephone work, opening mail, frequent interaction with staff. Frequent job interruptions will occur to answer staff questions or answer phones.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting hourly pay: $17.00 - $19.00
