How You'll Make a Difference:
Arkos Health is seeking a Support Services Trainer. The Support Services Trainer will create and deliver training programs to provide necessary knowledge and skills to facilitate member engagement. The role will teach new concepts and provide ongoing training. The Support Services Trainer will evaluate needs, assess outcomes, report opportunities to management, and execute other duties as assigned. The Support Service Trainer's goal is to ensure that Arkos Health’s engagement center teams are well-equipped to support members through timely, high-quality, and efficient care coordination and customer service. The Support Services Trainer is an essential part of Arkos team.

**We are seeking remote applicants, preferably in Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, or any state except California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Massachusetts and Washington.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management team to establish training objectives
- Assess current knowledge, skill level, and learning styles of team
- Design training curriculum to meet needs for in-person and remote settings
- Present training curriculum and associated materials
- Develop training schedule for continuing education and improvement
- Evaluate outcome of training to measure individual progress
- Report findings to management team for individual coaching
- Work independently utilizing company-provided systems and peripherals
- Ensure compliance with Arkos Health and HIPAA guidelines for all training materials
- Occasional travel may be required
- Other training related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required, some college or medical certification preferred
- Previous training experience required; remote training experience preferred
- Previous call center and customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and member care preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is preferred
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
