- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: 2 years Healthcare or related field, preferred.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, critical thinking and multi-tasking ability, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks, ability to analyze, investigate and resolved issues.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and accurately.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and move around.
- Normal or corrected visual acuity and hearing.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work independently, present problems with solutions and consistently is able to meet deadlines.
- Must be efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to operate a Windows based personal computer.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, maintain department and patient confidentiality, interact with all cultures and level of authority.
- Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
- Additional Skills (preferred): Motivation and Adaptability, Basic medical terminology.
