```Duties```
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in need, including those experiencing behavioral health issues, crisis situations, and addiction.
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriate interventions and develop individualized care plans.
- Utilize crisis management techniques and intervention strategies to de-escalate situations and ensure the safety of individuals.
- Implement evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and mental health counseling to promote positive change and personal growth.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and resources for clients.
- Offer mentoring and guidance to individuals, helping them navigate through challenges and develop coping skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans.
```Experience```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Previous experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health, or addiction counseling preferred.
- Knowledge of systems theory and its application in supporting individuals and families.
- Familiarity with community resources and referral processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations.
