- Assists with training, onboarding, and mentoring of new campus staff, as needed
- Thoroughly audit student verification files to ensures all state, federal and regulatory requirements are met
- Provides centralized support for all aspects of employment services activities, including career counseling, interview skill building, graduate outreach, verification of employment follow-up, etc.
- Assists with identifying graduate employment opportunities and populating job boards
- Assists with creating resumes for active students
- Supports all appropriate employment services tasks for the home office and campus teams as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4 yr degree in related field preferred but not required.
- 2-3 years of experience in education field preferred but not required
- Ability to advise and guide adult students in life-skill matters
- Computer skills required (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds 5% or less of the workday
- Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
- Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workday
- Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
- Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
- Available flexible hours and some Saturdays
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
