Responsibilities:
Sorting, counting and processing daily mail
Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
Maintaining and updating consumer records
Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
Any other duties assigned by the Director of Business Services
Qualifications:
Qualified candidate must have strong data entry skills with ability to process high volumes of transactions accurately.
Proven organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi task.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods.
Education:
High School diploma / GED or at least 2 years of support service or clerical experience preferred.
