```Duties```
- Within a team of two, facilitate biweekly virtual Support Group sessions for women, focusing on goal setting, accountability, and peer support.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where participants feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and constructive feedback to group members as they work towards their goals.
- Foster a sense of community and camaraderie among group members by promoting active listening, empathy, and mutual respect.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with group members.
- Collaborate with other Support Group Facilitators and co-founders to ensure the success and sustainability of the program.
- Stay informed about relevant Harvest Goal Collective resources, tools, and strategies for goal achievement, and incorporate them into group sessions as appropriate.
- Keep accurate member notes.
- Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development opportunities to enhance facilitation skills and knowledge.
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and remain objective with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
- Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in supporting others' personal growth and success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with goal-setting techniques, motivational interviewing, and active listening.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, objectivity, and boundaries in emotionally charged situations.
- Comfortable using virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Sheets) to facilitate group meetings and processes.
- Commitment to ongoing self-reflection, cultural humility, and social justice principles in support of marginalized communities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and address the evolving needs of group members.
- Ability to maintain an environment free from judgment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
