WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a specialist to join the Client's Supply Chain Security team, which protects the company's intellectual property, innovations, and ideas. With a focus on Supply Chain security, this position will act as a primary liaison between Supply Chain Security, track & trace program vendors, and key Client functions. This position will partner with cross-functional teams, identify process gaps, and provide recommendations on protecting the product at its critical stages to prevent theft, loss, and leaks.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
The core functions of responsibility include but are not limited to, facilitating and monitoring the track and trace program globally. This position will maintain inventory levels of tracking devices across multiple locations and multiple job functions and provide training on GPS programs to new and existing stakeholders. You will partner across the Client's Supply Chain network to confirm product selection, device placement, capacity requirements, product volumes in transit, delivery expectations versus actuals, and device alert management. This will require direct partnership and engagement with the GPS vendor's GSOC.
In this position, you will lead, coordinate, and evolve the process for all Supply Chain theft incidents for tracked shipments. This includes systematically taking, escalating, and triaging problems with relevant owners and teams while ensuring follow-through on resolutions to deliver findings to key partners.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will partner with investigative support groups such as Marketplace Investigations, Client Intelligence Center (NIC), Workplace Security, Client Transportation, Legal, Brand Protection, 3PL Security Managers, Risk Finance and Claims Teams, Marketplace Operations (MPO), and Corporate Audit to prevent and minimize risk to Client's competitive advantage.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree; 2 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience in any of the following functions: Supply Chain Security, Investigations, Logistics, Operations, or equivalent.
Ability to change directions quickly based on business, project, and team needs.
Ability to effectively communicate complex findings and ideas to a wide variety of internal stakeholders, including senior-level leadership.
Ability to quickly learn and interpret tracking software and report findings on a regular cadence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a collaborative work ethic, professional maturity, and a positive personality.
The ability to function independently, under pressure, and perform multiple functions and duties, often simultaneously while prioritizing and executing deliverables with minimal direction or oversight.
Advanced proficiency with Case Management software (CRM) like Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint. Experience with Airtable, Salesforce, SAP, WMX, and Tableau is a plus. Willingness to learn platforms required.
Passion for the Client brand, and knowledge of sports culture, footwear, or apparel industry a plus.
Preferred experience in understanding Supply Chain documentation: BOL- POD - CMR - Airwaybill.
Preferred work experience in the Supply Chain or loss prevention industry.
