Role Description:
• Review all-source intelligence products and industry trend data to understand and analyze technical and non-technical vulnerabilities to Information Technology posed by foreign intelligence organizations. Based upon this analysis, the Contractor shall provide impact and vulnerability assessments, recommendations, and countermeasures to threats.
• Collect, analyze and interpret open source intelligence (OSINT) data across multiple collection platforms and fuse OSINT with classified intelligence to develop rigorously objective in-house evaluations of the foreign intelligence threat – to include potential foreign influence/compromise - to the USCYBERCOM Supply Chain (e.g., acquisition threat triage reports).
• Identify potential foreign influence/compromise and produce acquisition threat triage reports IAW CDRL D005.
• Initiate and make recommendations to Government Leadership on SCRM process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and on new product/service offerings to enhance support to the SCRM effort.
• Provide a weekly written Progress, Status and Management Report IAW CDRL C002 summarizing specific tasks completed/deliverables provided and a brief synopsis of ongoing work that had not yet resulted in a completed deliverable.
Qualifications:
Education
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Intelligence studies, Military Studies, Political Science, History, and similar.
Experience
5 years of experience as an Open Source Analyst, All Source Analyst, SIGINT Analyst
