Job Description

The Opportunity: 

The goal of Portfolio Management team is to ensure we have alignment with Global Product Brand Teams through to our regional planning functions and commercial organizations.  The Portfolio analyst will be a critical member of the team to assess business metrics, identify patterns & provide insights on how we can positively influence the business portfolio.

The Portfolio analyst will work in the global organization as an agent of change, supporting the implementation of new process and agreed to metrics. 

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Support the Portfolio Management Review sessions which entails pulling together the material for the meeting and identifying any issues that might require resolution.
  • Partner with teams to understand the business challenges & or opportunities and help drive alignment across the teams.
  • Support strategic project initiatives related to Portfolio Management process improvements within the SIOP function.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Analytics team to drive use & understanding of reporting.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively, build trust and influence the actions of others.
  • Provide insightful analyses across the Brand Portfolio and translate into actionable metrics
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in product development or Supply Chain, preferably in a consumer products industry
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint; able to build presentation decks.
  • Advanced excel skills including modelling, pivot tables & managing large sets of data.
  • Some proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, ie. Tableau or comparable
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $63,000 and $80,000.

**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
