Supply Chain Manager

What does Photobooth Supply Co do? Our team empowers aspiring entrepreneurs and event professionals with a proven and profitable business in the form of a photo booth. Your mission will be to ensure that our products and parts are in tip-top shape and going where they need to be.

The PBSCO Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing our Supply Chain team members, the overall execution of inventory, and management of the company's Supply Chain and logistical operations. This includes working with forecasting, planning, and production for managing inventory management, production, vendor, logistics, and aftermarket activities of the business. The Manager works closely with internal and external teams, such as sales, marketing, customer support, planning, procurement, production, aftermarket, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure that the company's Supply Chain is performing efficiently and effectively.

• Implement Supply Chain and Logistics plans to support the Company’s goals and priorities.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the performance of a team of Supply Chain and logistics professionals.
• Manage Supply Chain and logistics staff to KPIs to achieve leadership’s business goals.
• Manage all aspects and priorities, including incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders, for the company’s Supply Chain and logistics needs.
• Manage all aspects of domestic and international inventory procurement across all product lines.
• Manage inventory across multiple locations, including manufacturing, assembly, and fulfillment houses as well as HQ.
• Manage all supplier and vendor relationships and contracts through effective communication and oversight, domestic and international.
• Ensure coordination of transportation and logistics to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export laws and country regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow optimizations to support the Supply Chain and logistics teams.
• Collaborate on all Supply Chain and logistics-related systems such as company ERP and WMS integrations, functionality, development, and user training and adoption for efficient operations.
• Work with the Production Manager to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, supervising and developing employees
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and logistics management principles and practices
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding business goals, leading a broad range of functional teams, and managing people performance
• Experience in the Consumer Products manufacturing industry
• Experience managing and coordinating Logistics between contract manufacturers in Mexico and China, internal domestic warehouses, fulfillment 3PLs, and finally to the end consumer
• Experience in managing varying levels of inventory - at contract manufacturers, contract assemblers, and HQ operations
• Ability to work well with a variety of people through a Transformational Leadership style
• Strong collaborative leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical skills, expertise in IT systems and software for team optimization, and ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage and prioritize projects
• Attention to detail and the ability to make recommendations to leadership based on the Company’s needs

Additional Qualifications Desired:

• Experience with Shopify, MRPeasy, ShipStation, and WMS systems of external vendors
• Proficient in Google Suite

Compensation: $70,000 to $95,000 USD
