Position Summary
Responsible for reporting, tasks, and process improvements that support Supply Chain. This role, under the direction of North America Purchasing Manager, supports supply planning, inventory management and master data governance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluating stocking requirements in relation to quantity on hand
- Perform supply/demand analytics and reporting
- Create/Update process maps and work instructions to support best practices and process improvements.
- Ensure MRP Parameter details updated in ERP System - Lead Times, Safety Stock and Master Planning Family as requested by Planners/Buyers
- Generate monthly forecast for Suppliers
- JDE / ERP System Data Integrity
- New Part Creation / Part Change Management Requests
Key Competencies
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills: database, statistics applications, Power BI, ERP/MRP
- Ability to communicate findings and make recommendations.
Qualifications (skills, knowledge, experience)
- Must be actively pursuing a relevant 4-year degree (Supply Chain, Business or Engineering)
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Time Management Skills
- Interpersonal skills with ability to work on a team
