Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Manager at iFLY, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our manufacturing operations by overseeing and optimizing our Supply Chain processes. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the flow of materials, products, and information to meet customer demand while ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and distributors to enhance our Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing excess inventory while meeting production and customer demands.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
- Demand Forecasting: Work closely with sales and production teams to forecast demand and ensure materials and components are available as required to meet customer orders.
- Production Scheduling: Collaborate with production managers to develop production schedules that align with Supply Chain capabilities and customer expectations.
- Logistics Management: Oversee the transportation and distribution of products, optimizing routes and reducing lead times. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Cost Control: Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities in the Supply Chain, implement cost-reduction initiatives, and monitor cost performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential Supply Chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions, ensuring business continuity.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate Supply Chain performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry and regulatory standards, including safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of ten years as a Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace or similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain management, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost savings.
