Supply Chain Clerk, Shipping / Receiving / Inventory

ESSENTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Receive all incoming material.

 Create purchase orders and track material

 Work with suppliers for timely shipments

 Identify, examine, accept, reject, and verify receipt of supplies and material

 Warehouse and inventory management of materials; including inventory strategy, cycle count, and inventory accuracy

 Material kitting and verification for production

 Shelf-life management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy

 Barcoding and labeling of materials

 Operate tools for quality inspection of incoming material

 Receive data from and input data to automated systems in performance of receiving/shipping duties

 Able to read blueprints or schematics for quality inspection  Preparing reports on inventory, receiving, and shipping

 Pack and ship finished product to meet customer needs and conform to customer, quality, and shipping regulations

 Quote and arrange shipping

 Other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

 High School diploma, general education degree or equivalent

 Possess basic math skills

 Use microsoft software and ERP systems

 Ability to plan and prioritize your work

 Ability to work accurately under a deadline

 The ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds

 The ability to read and understand information presented in a written format

 Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date or previously held certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
