Job title: Supply Chain Architect

Andersen Corporation seeks Supply Chain Architect in Oak Park Heights, MN with responsibility for planning and executing industrial production processes and activities and developing systematic solutions to support those processes and activities. Specific duties include: (1) enhancing Enterprise level information systems and industrial production processes by implementing latest Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing solutions in new and existing facilities; (2) utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools (i.e., Value Stream Mapping, Process Maps) to visualize current methods and design future methods for different functions of industrial procurement, material handling and delivery; (3) identifying and validating various test scenarios and using those scenarios to perform end-to-end integration testing while implementing Infor LN ERP solution; (4) creating reports to gather valuable data on Key Performance Index (KPI’s), including Productivity and Scrap, using reporting solutions such as Business Objects and ThoughtSpot; (5) designing, documenting, training and implementing core industrial and manufacturing processes utilizing LN Assembly Control and LN Job Shop; (6) conducting Proof of Concept (POC) for latest warehousing and inventory handling solutions (i.e., Infor Factory Track, etc.), and documenting advantages and improvement opportunities; (7) serving as subject matter expert in different aspects of Supply Chain (Purchase to Delivery) and identifying various use cases that demonstrate various automation solutions to improve productivity; (8) leading design and requirement reviews, and providing input on product design; and (9) collaborating with IT team to design various shop floor manufacturing solutions (MES) in order to assist operators.

Qualified candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; five years of Supply Chain operations experience within the industrial engineering industry, including 2-4 years of experience with Infor LN ERP solution (Job shop, Assembly Control or Warehousing modules); and proficiency with data analytics tools (Business Objects, Infor Reporting and ThoughtSpot).

Domestic travel required (30% to 40%).

Position based in Oak Park Heights, MN; may work remotely up to two days per week.
