The Supplier Portal Support Specialist will own ongoing user support for 10,000+ Supplier Portal users, interacting with a wide diversity of supplier partners. This individual will predominantly support North American suppliers and must be able to work the appropriate business hours.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive advanced system training and troubleshooting, while leading continued improvement in the Portal support process.
• Coordinate activities associated with onboarding of new sites: development of test scripts, test implementation, user training, change communication, etc.
• Collaborate with Business Unit SMEs and Digital Technologies to collect, review, and disposition Portal enhancement requests.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder communication for short-term technical outages and long-term functional changes to the portal user experience.
• Ensure maintenance of standard work and troubleshooting scripts.
• Provide subject matter expertise for pipeline projects related to Portal functionality

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
• Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time to support short term projects
• Ability to support North American business hours
• Capability to operate autonomously in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations in a matrixed environment
• Ability to communicate with all levels, internally and externally, with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive effective issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP and/or Supplier Portal applications (preferably SAP ECC & SAP SNC)
• Prior experience in procurement
• Prior experience in supplier account management
• Project Management experience, including hands-on participation in Agile methodology

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
