Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Play a vital role in customer service by answering phone calls and managing the front desk as required (50%). You will be empowered to help patients.
- Primary Focus: Packaging medications for delivery via US Mail, FedEx, and courier services, making up 50% of your daily activities.
- Inventory Management: Managing inventory of OTC supplements.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Dynamic Self-Starters: Bring your self-direction, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
- Efficient Communicators: Your experience with the public and proficiency in using PCs and electronic devices will be key. Showcase your effective communication abilities, self-motivation, and work ethic.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, and/or pharmacy roles is highly regarded.
- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
