We are seeking a Supplier Management Associate to work at the headquarter location of a recognized health & wellness organization in New York, NY!

Description:
- Oversee new supplier onboarding requests and ensure all required steps are completed prior to supplier approval
- Support company's Economic Inclusion & Supplier Diversity (EISD) program through managing supplier diversity surveys and supporting reporting activities
- Support supplier analytics and reporting initiatives and projects
- Ensure supplier onboarding/update forms are fully and accurately completed by internal employees and suppliers
- Process supplier onboarding, modification and offboarding requests in a timely manner
- Enter banking instructions completely and accurately into the ERP system and ensure approval in a timely manner
- Manage queues to ensure the number of suppliers pending onboarding & modification are kept at a minimum
- Swiftly mitigate any Supplier Management items causing delays in the purchasing or payments process
- Proactively encourage suppliers to join our Coupa Supplier Portal for automated invoicing
- Complete all credit application requests with accuracy
- Partner with the AP & internal stakeholder teams to manage supplier scope changes and updates
- Partner with the Tax team in 1099 year-end reporting and tax resale certification
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Supplier Management or a related process
- Ability to creatively see the bigger P2P picture and how the area you are responsible for fits into it
- Ability to recognize process gaps or inefficiencies and assist in developing solutions
- Knowledge of what banking instruction data elements are needed to process successful payments
- Knowledge of W9 and W8 forms and how they should be completed
- Knowledge of 1099 reporting requirements
- Service Channel experience a plus
- NetSuite reporting a plus
