TMC Bonham Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that includes both primary care and specialty physicians. The Critical Access Hospital, offering both inpatient and outpatient services along with 24-hour emergency services. The Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Program was established to assure access to healthcare services for rural residents. The program provides rural acute care hospitals with a range of opportunities for service enhancement and quality of care improvement. Quality healthcare and patient safety is our goal. TMC Bonham is managed by Texoma Medical Center, subsidiary of UHS.
The Supervisor of Admissions/Patient Access is responsible for performing managerial functions including department leadership, decision making, training, and setting departmental standards.

Qualifications
- Reading and numerical competency. At least one (1) year of college preferred to include business courses, accounting, healthcare related courses and/or office management
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience, which includes medical, management/supervisory and Admissions/registration department experience. Acute hospital experience strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable regarding third party payors including Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial insurance. Outstanding people skills, including telephone technique, personal appearance, organization skills, communicable skills (verbal and written), independent and self-motivated, flexible, analytic and arithmetic skills, negotiation skills, problem solving skills and computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications. Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
