Job Responsibilities30%Leadership: Identify, recruit and retain top performing employees; manage non-performing employees in accordance with company policy. Manage with the intent to motivate, train and develop. Provide timely, constructive feedback regarding progress of work and performance, make well informed decisions, demonstrate initiative, use sound judgment, exhibit autonomy, and execute.30%Service & Sales Management: Coach and provide timely, constructive feedback to meet Insurance monthly and annual scorecard goals. Monitor monthly/annual average scorecard grade of department to ensure necessary performance is being achieved.20%Mentorship: Mentor all insurance Advisors by providing coaching to exceed goals. Assist in leading change with Management by addressing any member or associate concerns. Responsible for decision making and advising the team when Management is not present.20%Technical Knowledge:Serve as subject matter expert for vendor product(s) & underwriting guideline(s) and assist associates with questions to ensure timely and accurate underwriting. Participate in training and testing programs as required. Focus on Save, Re-writes, Cross-sell, and outbound calling to ensure Retention goals are met.  Assist with any additional projects based on Club initiatives. Job Specific Requirements 

• Responsible to obtain and maintain the required license or certification in an active status
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to resolve problems and work under pressure to diffuse member concerns.
• Ability to multitask in various areas of insurance sales and service.

Compensation 

The mid-market salary range for this position is $28.01/hr to $31.13/hr.
