This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing leadership and support to an amazing group of LSR partners passionately providing customer service support for our retail and licensed store’s product orders and deliveries.
- Supervises partners within assigned team through managing performance and processes for effective customer support
- Conducts performance reviews, interviews, and staffing activities
- Leads incident management tracking, trending, and adherence to established service level agreements
- Resolves service trend issues and complaints
We’d love to hear from people with experience:
- Leading teams and developing partners
- Customer service in a phone center environment
- Use of incident management, problem management and knowledge base software tools
- Process improvement
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Project management in a cross-functional environment
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Knowledge of transportation or logistics
- Knowledge of process development practices
