The Senior Warehouse and Material Handling Supervisor will oversee a team of Material Handlers in various warehouse operations and will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of materials, physical flow through the site, and resources to support the operations plan while maintaining materials integrity and quality. This role may be eligible for relocation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise Material Handlers in warehousing, production order kitting, floor material replenishment, cycle counting and inventory control transactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety among team members.
• Generate comprehensive reports on material management results and maintain the team Tier Board.
• Coordinate inventory counts and cyclical audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate Material Handling processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Oversee transactions related to raw materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while upholding materials integrity and quality standards.
• Facilitate training and certification programs for Material Handling associates to ensure compliance and skill development.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, implementing innovative ideas to streamline processes and enhance productivity while upholding materials integrity and quality standards.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPIM certification (APICS, Part 1) desirable.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and self-direction.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in personnel management.
• Proficiency utilizing problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience using ERP systems and MS Office Suite.  Experience utilizing SAP preferred.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
