Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily workflow of the shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
- Establish, monitor and manage metrics for each area.
- Manage time and attendance for all direct reports.
- Manage and maintain team training matrix.
- Focus on continuous improvements including 6S of warehouse area.
- Ensure work instructions are current and effective for ongoing training purposes.
- Troubleshoot and find solutions to staff issues.
- Monitor performance of all direct reports and conduct performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure that program participant evaluations are submitted by mentors to meet on time and quality requirements.
- 2+ years prior leadership experience required.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Meticulous attention to detail required.
- Prior ERP experience preferred.
- Export compliance knowledge preferred.
- Prior aerospace manufacturing warehouse experience strongly desired.
- 5+ years of experience preferred in shipping, receiving or inventory control functions.

- Exposure to manufacturing shop floor, regularly requiring use of Safety Glasses
- Frequent exposure to shop environment noise levels, exposure to excess noise levels, occasionally necessitating the use of Hearing Protection
