Warehouse Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily workflow of the shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.
• Establish, monitor and manage metrics for each area.
• Manage time and attendance for all direct reports.
• Manage and maintain team training matrix.
• Focus on continuous improvements including 6S of warehouse area.
• Ensure work instructions are current and effective for ongoing training purposes.
• Troubleshoot and find solutions to staff issues.
• Monitor performance of all direct reports and conduct performance improvement plans as needed.
• Ensure that program participant evaluations are submitted by mentors to meet on time and quality requirements.

• 2+ years prior leadership experience required.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Meticulous attention to detail required.
• Prior ERP experience preferred.
• Export compliance knowledge preferred.
• Prior aerospace manufacturing warehouse experience strongly desired.
• 5+ years of experience preferred in shipping, receiving or inventory control functions.

• Exposure to manufacturing shop floor, regularly requiring use of Safety Glasses
• Frequent exposure to shop environment noise levels, exposure to excess noise levels, occasionally necessitating the use of Hearing Protection
