Supervisor III OperationsBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Supervisor III Operations for an opportunity in East Moline IL 61244.Position Title: Supervisor III OperationsLocation: East Moline IL 61244Anticipated Start Date:Tentative 05/13/2024Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 12 Months ContractJob Type:Full Time 40 Hours Contract, OnsitePay Range: $42/hr on W2 (must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship)Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

First shift position.Metatarsals required for first day.Onsite from Day 1 - Fully remote candidates will not be considered. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but will look at experience. Team Leader will need to do the following responsibilities:

• Manage daily manpower through operator certification and cross-training
• Manage Daily Timecards
• Escalate problems through cross-functional resources and leadership to ensure on-time delivery, distinctive product quality, and a safe environment for their dept.
• Manage and facilitate Continuous Improvement activities

Must Haves:

• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Should have experience in managing people and strong communication skills.

What Sets You Apart:

• SAP experience a big plus
• Previous work in a union environment is preferred.
• Experience with PLC, Automation, Engineering or Quality controls
