Job DescriptionThe Supervisor, Operations will lead budgeting and reporting, help to develop and implement on-going process improvements, and facilitate communication of combined reporting for sister companies. This role also serves as the system expert for the group.
Role Objectives:
- Manage staff plans, fee, and time reconciliation reports
- Conduct financial reporting (internal, external, and budget/billing management)
- Perform client billing reconciliation
- Interact with every functional team, all levels, within the AOR to ensure that the entire group is operating as efficiently as possible
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Prisma / Media ocean expereince
- Excellent organizational skills with time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong knowledge and ability in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Ability to work autonomously
- Financial background a plus
- Extremely detail oriented and passionate about processes
- Skilled in basic accounting principles/budget tracking
- Knowledgeable about media
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $58,500 - $88,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
