Who We Are Seeking
We are seeking a Client & Operations Specialist who is excited to take full ownership of processes related to planning, developing, and executing projects for Grow By Three. A successful Client & Operations Specialist thrives on opportunities to advance progress on projects, takes pride in producing work that is thorough and accurate, and has proven skills in managing their time effectively.
Our Needs
The Client & Operations Specialist must be ready to meet administrative needs that are essential throughout the organization’s different departments. Responsibilities will include drafting organizational materials and emails; responding to emails; managing emails within multiple inboxes; leading outbound calls; managing organizational calendars; developing and assessing leads; conducting project-related research to identify solutions; scheduling and supporting phone/video conferences and workshops; proofreading; completing mailing and printing tasks; assisting with event planning and hosting; troubleshooting client, customer, and contractor needs; managing organizational task completion; supporting hiring processes; and completing other tasks as required.
Grow By Three’s Client & Operations Specialist should view themselves as a proven, dependable, self-starter who is able to prioritize competing organizational needs with comfort and intensive attention to detail. The ideal Client & Operations Specialist has outstanding communication skills and is receptive to feedback in ways that demonstrate dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement. Adherence to very strict rules and security measures relating to confidentiality of information is required.
Location/Time Commitment
While most work is completed remotely, this role will require travel to in-person meetings in New York’s Nassau and Queens counties as necessary. Travel to Kings County (Brooklyn) and New York County (Manhattan) may be required for special events. Grow By Three is seeking a candidate who can dedicate up to twenty-five (25) hours per week to the position, with typical hours as follows:
Monday - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET
Tuesday - 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET
Friday - 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET
