REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's Degree in Human Services or related field + 2 years of related behavioral health experience; 1 year as a supervisor is strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Act 33/34/73 clearances
- CPS supervisor training certificate preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- We're looking for a Supervisor to help Certified Peer Support Specialist Services department do its best work.
- The ideal candidate has to wear many hats daily: communications expert, conflict resolutions master, and organizational guru.
- The Supervisor works in a team-based setting to provide support and oversight to Certified Peer Support Specialists for people experiencing mental health recovery.
- You'll also be responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing operations!
- Pittsburgh Mercy's Certified Peer Support Services are located at the South Ninth Street location, in Pittsburgh's South Side neighborhood and at our Reedsdale location on the North Shore.

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Exempt (salary) position.
Primarily Monday through Friday, daylight hours, with flexibility for coverage in evenings or weekends depending on staff and population needs.
