What you'll be doing...
As a supervisor in the Client Service Center, you will:
- Coach, develop and lead the phone agents and call auditors
- Utilize leadership skills to evaluate and develop associates
- Supervise the work of agents/auditors to ensure performance meets established standards
- Monitor and assess department workflow and identify/implement areas for process improvement
- Coordinate training of new employees and evaluate results
- Monitor quality and compliance for accuracy and completion of work
Who you are...
- Experienced. 3 years supervisory experience, including managing onsite teams preferred
- Educated. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Leader. Proven ability to influence others to get work done
- Communication. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Service Minded. Delivers exceptional customer service with flawless follow through
- Technically Savvy. Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools
