The ideal candidate will have proven success in implementing new procedures in an assembly-type environment and overseeing multiple departments.

Oversee efficiency of operational processes
Taking part in strategic planning and goal setting
Analyzing business requirements and customer needs
Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
Monitor and report on department performance
Supervise and train employees
Provide administrative Support
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to read and write
Experience overseeing multiple departments
Experience in an operational role
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role
Hands on experience implementing new operational processes
Hands on experience training and developing strong teams
