Right at Home is currently seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Supervising Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team at our rapidly growing Durham office. In this pivotal role, the Supervising Nurse Manager will play a critical part in ensuring the utmost level of care and support for our valued clients. With a primary focus on overseeing caregiver support, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of comprehensive client care plans, while proactively addressing any potential client care challenges that may arise.
As the Supervising Nurse Manager, maintaining open and transparent communication with clients, their families, care partners, and referral sources is of utmost importance. This will be achieved through diligent and empathetic engagement, creating a foundation of trust and reassurance. Moreover, the Supervising Nurse Manager will serve as a vital mentor to our dedicated caregivers, providing guidance and support to optimize care delivery. This includes leading caregiver orientation and training programs, ensuring our team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
