Job Title: Nursing Assistant / Caregiver (Overnight Shift)
Location: Nagel Assisted Living - Waconia, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Overnight Shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) + Every Other Weekend
Pay: $18 - $24 per hour

Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Overview:
As a Nursing Assistant / Caregiver on the overnight shift, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. From assisting with personal cares to creating a warm and secure atmosphere, you'll contribute to the well-being of our residents throughout the night.
Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Qualifications:
- Compassionate Care: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and serving the geriatric population with empathy and compassion.
- Desire to Grow: Be willing to pursue certification as a Nursing Assistant / CNA and show interest in ongoing growth and development.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Physical Stamina: Possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.
