Job Title: Nursing Assistant / Caregiver (Day Shift)
Location: Waconia, MN
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Day Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) + Every Other Weekend
Pay: $18 - $24/hour, depending on experience. Plus $1.00 additional shift differential (weekends)

Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Overview:
As a Nursing Assistant / Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. From assisting with daily activities to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Qualifications:
- Compassionate Care: Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and serving the geriatric population with compassion.
- Desire to Grow: Be willing to pursue certification as a Nursing Assistant / CNA and show interest in continuous growth and learning.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Physical Stamina: Possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
