Summertime Front Desk Attendant

Description

 The Summertime Front Desk Attendant reports to the Front Desk Lead. They excel at providing an impactful impression for guests entering and exiting the facility. This position assists with member communications, check-ins, and member-related issues. The Summertime Front Desk Attendant enhances a strong guest focused experience to ensure member satisfaction and continually build value in Arden Hills membership. 

Requirements

Essential Functions:

• Represents the Guest Service department and Arden Hills with the utmost professionalism, hospitality, and integrity.
• Greets clients and members upon arrival and departure.
• Check members into their reservation
• Ensure members leave at the end of their reservation 
• Ensures members are in the correct reservation location 
• Checks pool toys out to members during the summertime experience 
• Handout towels to members & guests 
• Open, manage, & close waterslide according to the summertime hours of operation
• Require that all personnel using the waterslide are following the rules posted and given 
• Reinforce member rules provided for the Summertime Experience 
• Provides accurate direction and information to ensure high standards of service are met.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment 
• Follow all approved scripting and training set forth in the department manual.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 years of customer service experience in a similar role or industry.
• 1 year of experience performing administrative duties preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

• May require standing and walking 75% of the time, lifting up to a maximum of 50 pounds, and other physical actions that include stopping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pulling and pushing. 
• May be required to work in an environment with high noise levels and unpredictable temperatures and ventilation.
