Silver Creek Valley Country Club in the Evergreen area of San Jose is looking for an entry level Front Desk Receptionist to start immediately! Monday –Sunday 2-3 shifts per week. Hours Vary: between 2pm - 10pm - 4-6 hours per shift. Candidates must be able to work independently and must be available on weekends. This position is not seasonal. The ideal candidate is looking for a long term position.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); managing a multi-line phone system, greeting and directing members, providing excellent member hospitality, basic facility service and a variety of administrative tasks. Member hospitality duties include making coffee, greeting and checking in members and guests, offering towels and water, turning on and off fire pits, as well as opening and closing umbrellas. Basic facility service includes maintaining a clean and organized Fitness Center, Tennis Court, and Pavilion lobby. Administrative duties include answering phones, making tennis court reservations, distributing day lockers, booking massage appointments, and food and beverage sales. As a Silver Creek Valley Country Club Desk Attendant an associate must have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.
