Our mulch installations run from April/May to August. We then start our holiday lighting and decorating service that runs from September to February. We give a raise at the start of our holiday lighting service. We can offer full time, Year Round employment.

We are looking for Mulch Installers to join our young and incredible team to assist with our popular mulch installation service within the Naperville community. In this role you will work with our crew leader and other team members to complete our mulch installations for our clients that we have been servicing since 2018. When our mulch installations are completed at the end of summer, we transition into creating and installing our incredible and over the top holiday displays for commercial properties throughout Chicagoland. Our Mulch Installers have the opportunity to join the installation team for our incredible holiday displays.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks such as mulch installations & property clean ups.
- Assist with loading and unloading work trucks with product and tools.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Keep trailer, vehicles, and construction area neat and organized.
- Special projects and/or tasks may be requested.
