Position:Summer Camp Counselor
Duration: July 8 - July 21
Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
About Us:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Counselors for our 2-week SAT Summer Camp in Boston. Our camp focuses on SAT preparation, engaging college tours, and exciting activities to create a memorable and educational experience for our campers.
Responsibilities:
- Chaperoning Field Trips: Accompany campers on scheduled field trips to various educational and recreational destinations in the Boston area.
- Supervising Campers: Ensure the safety and well-being of campers during all camp activities, including meals, workshops, and outings.
- Assisting with Camp Activities: Participate in organizing and facilitating SAT preparation sessions, college tours, and other camp activities as needed.
- Capturing Moments: Help capture memorable moments of camp through photography and video recording, documenting the camp experience for campers and their families.
- Supporting Camp Operations: Assist with daily camp operations, including setup, cleanup, and organization of camp materials and equipment.
- Promoting Positive Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment by encouraging teamwork, respect, and cooperation among campers and staff.
Requirements:
- Must be in or out of college.
- Prior experience working with High School students in a camp setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance throughout the duration of the camp.
- Familiarity with the Boston area and its attractions is a plus.
