SalaryAre you ready to have fun this summer and make a difference working with kids? Every summer, Old Colony YMCA works with hundreds of children in fun and educational summer outdoor day camp programs. We are looking for you to be a role model and guide campers through activities!
About the Role:
- Guide and inspire campers aged 4-15 through exciting and educational outdoor activities.
- Summer program runs from June 17th to August 23rd.
- Mandatory training days: Branch dependent.
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekends), with shifts from 8:45 to 4:15PM with the opportunity for extra hours.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old by June 1st.
- Up-to-date physical and immunizations (Same as required for school).
- Strong communication skills: ability to read, write, talk, see, and hear.
- Ability to lead age-appropriate games and activities.
- Creativity and resourcefulness are highly valued!

Requirements:- Must be at least 16 years old
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Evidence of physical examination every two years
- Negative Mantoux TB test
- Immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella
- Certification of good health from a physician
- Must be able to walk around camp as well as stand a majority of the camp day.
- Must be able to sit, bend, stoop etc.
