This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What It's Like
The Central Region Operations team is at the heart of driving strategy that enables the markets to attain their goals of getting transport to cell sites, maintaining cell sites or optimizing cell sites to ensure our customers have the best experience. The Business Operations Manager will spend sometime with our team, quickly learn/understand our processes and help identify new/creative ways or processes that optimizes our workflow while achieve our goals.
We are in search of a:
-A master of simplification: You can untangle messy processes and translate them into clear, concise documentation that anyone can understand.
-A workflow whisperer: You have a sixth sense for identifying inefficiencies and proposing creative solutions to streamline procedures.
-A documentation dynamo: You're passionate about crafting engaging and informative guides, from process manuals to quick-reference cheat sheets.
- A creative thinker: You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions to improve team efficiency.
What You'll Do
One intern in our team has helped realized millions in saving through strategic optimization of our fleet. Another intern has helped quantify the inefficiencies of our old meeting practices. The Business Operations manager will continue along this trend by creatively identifying new ways in with the Central Region Operations team can improve their processes.
Key Responsibilities
Build processes that meet our team objectives and ensure compliance
Maximize the efficiency of business procedures
Develop and maintain documentation: Craft clear, concise, and engaging documentation for various internal processes, procedures, and tools.
Proactively identify and propose opportunities for workflow automation and digital traformation
Establish/refine the KPIs that support these procedures
Contribute to the development and implementation of team's overall productivity strategy
What It Takes
Knowledge of Operations Management and process development.
Business Analysis
Good relationship builder
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education
Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location
Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location
