KPMG is currently seeking a SuccessFactors Technical Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Configure solutions on the SuccessFactors platform, closely collaborating with Talent and Culture and implementation partners; configure technology solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide technical SuccessFactors inputs; recommend solutions to the business that are grounded in best practices and align with business objectives
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the SuccessFactors space and participate in projects and programs related to SuccessFactors to support the firm’s business processes
- Develop methods for the SuccessFactors work area to achieve operational, functional, and business targets with measurable impact on progress against goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agile delivery of SuccessFactors capabilities and align with the evolving product capabilities and enhancements
Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of recent experience with multiple modules of SuccessFactors (for example, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Development)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; active SuccessFactors certifications required
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors deployments and operations, as well as a familiarity with different integration platforms
- Possess a quick learning agility and strong business acumen with the ability to connect cross-functionally; strong technical skills by understanding what needs to be achieved and ensuring the solution satisfies the requirements
- Ability to understand customer challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective resolutions, or escalate to higher management; understand trade-offs of decisions at the platform level; proven understanding of Agile development practices is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills; experience leading and managing requirements gathering for large programs required
